  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once it has shipped.

 Shipping Times

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Other Regions: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

 Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50 will have a flat-rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at extra cost.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • You can track your order through our “Track My Order” page or via the carrier’s website.

Delays & Lost Packages

  • While rare, delays can happen due to customs or courier issues. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@techpulse.com and we’ll assist.

  • TechPulse is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
