Return & Refund Policy

At NexaVolt, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right.

 Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Certain items, such as personal-use electronics (e.g., headphones, wearables) may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

 How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.
