Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Certain items, such as personal-use electronics (e.g., headphones, wearables) may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was provided, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
